The journey
Looking at the bright side

Hong Kong - i love and miss that place most. It's an avenue for me to escape into. A place i called "dreamland". It's carefree and happy to be in. Coming back to Sg means i'll be bounded by worries and responsibilities.

How's life been for me? Excellent I would say. Keeping myself occupied with fun and church work. Enjoyed myself at MPM games day. Had Disney marathon at TM's place. Played badminton with those on holiday. Help out with prayer rally's publicity. Had a catch up session with Shu. Watch movies with TM. Vitasoyed with Yvonne. Attended Council Meeting. "Enjoys" helping others book room.

That's life! And i'm happy with it. But you know...it often doesn't last. Bad things just have to be part of the bundle too. In the midst of this happiness, here comes trouble.

Finally received the letter from La-salle. It's a relieve that i manage to get a place in the interior design course at level 2. Which means in another 2 years time, i'm able to attain my degree. Short and sweet stay. But what puts me off is the fee. It cost $7500 per sem and unfortunately it states that i'm not eligible for the tuition grant scheme. It's only meant for students who are persuing tertiary studies in local poly and universites for the first time only. So much for thinking it sums up to the same amount as NTU...in fact i'm so wrong about it. Indeed, private insititution does cost more. And i'm still waiting for La-salle to notify me on my graphic design application. However, i fear that i'm unable to persue it anymore. It'll take me 3 years to complete the course and the fee will sum up to $45,000. Oh my! I wonder if my father is willing to pay this much for me? Isn't it sad if u're unable to study or do what you like?

Thank you for that kind reminder...that there's still a God I can turn to. You sure know how to make me feel better.
