Spent the whole day doing homework and i'm so tired right now. At least the to do list has been shorten.

Lasalle's assignment are very different from the ones in TP. In TP, there were many other elective subjects and one core subject to take. However the assignment given were more individualistic. Whereas the one in Lasalle, there is one theme to tie them up. For this particular semester, the theme is on this designer called "John Maeda". Every other subjects be it, packaging design, photography, illustration...etc the assignments that we are suppose to do, in one way or another involves John Maeda somehow. What are my views on such a system?
The pros are : It helps people to be more focus and thorough in one's research.
The cons are : The moment you fail the research on that particular subject you fail everything else. One subject doesn't stand on its own, it's inter-related.
