The journey
Great unexpectation

I'm down with luck, not again? It all started yesterday morning. Just as i was about to work on one of the files in my portable hard disk, i realise all my files went missing. My computer screen states "H:\ drive corrupted and unable to access".
What exactly did i lose? Probably some past year and a pinch of present works, my collection of songs and photographs. It's kind of queer when my initial expression was not to sulk and feel sad over the missing documents like how the usual emotions of one's lost was suppose to be. Instead, i was surrounded by a sense of consolation that says,"It's ok". It wasn't a great lost after all, the more important documents are still on my computer's desktop. Another blessing? Sure it was!

At a later part of the day, i met up Cheryl to collect my Christmas present. It was supposedly just a short meet up but i had the urge to watch a movie. So we ended up catching a movie, shopping for her guitar and a visit to her house. The visit to her house was very much unnecessary if only she remembers to bring my present along with her.(The whole reason of why this meet up was called for) Yes, and she came meeting me empty handed-Just what exactly was she thinking? Absolutely absent minded! But it's alright, everybody has their point of time in which they were extremely forgetful too.

Anyway we watched Charlotte's Web. What a great movie i must say, not too draggy, a bit of humour and a very touching story plot. The details were not missed and it's very much alike to reading the book itself. After the movie we went shopping for her guitar and she manage to settle for a $300+ classical guitar at Yamaha. That was really a tough decision to make.

Lastly, we headed to her house. The door bell rang and shortly, we were greeted by her mum at the doorstep. I was rather surprised when her mum said she knew who I was because she've seen some of the photographs Cheryl and I took. Now that's very interesting. Guess i've forgotten to mention that she just came back from Australia so she shared with me some photographs and her experience on the trip itself. That makes me feel like going on a holiday too! Out of the window, it started pouring and it seems like i have to extend my stay a little longer. In the mean time, while waiting for the rain to stop, i was treated to a mini performance of her playing on the guitar. Thanks for the entertainment though some parts were rather anti-climax! Haha. Instead of becoming lighter, the rain grew heavier. So, crazy Cheryl said,"You have to stay here for the night". After which, was followed by an evil laughter. Oh man! That expression of hers was totally qian bian! Which sparks off to a mini bean bag fight.

You know, like the usual saying goes "While you're having fun, time often seems to pass faster".

Before i know, it was running late already. The rain hasn't stop so i had to borrow an umbrella home. In conclusion, it was indeed a fun-filled day. Thank you for the present and the fun and laughter we shared together!

Thank you Lord, for your abundance blessing
